Researchers at University of Michigan, using the Yale Food
Addiction Scale, reported foods they found least likely to trigger addictive-like
behaviors. Here are twelve of those foods:
- Cucumbers
- Carrots
- Beans (plain)
- Apples
- Brown Rice
- Broccoli
- Bananas
- Salmon
- Corn (plain)
- Strawberries
- Granola Bars
- Water
